What counts as one email?+

Each recipient of a live email. One email to three people counts as three. Test-mode emails are free and don't count.

What happens after the free emails?+

Add a payment method and keep sending. At the end of the month you pay for the band that covers what you sent: up to 10,000 emails is $14, up to 100,000 is $72. Set a monthly spend cap in Billing and we stop before you go over it, so a bill never surprises you.

Is there a daily limit on the free emails?+

Free accounts can send up to 500 emails a day, within the 9,000 a month. Add a payment method and the daily cap is lifted; your limit then grows each day your sending stays healthy.

Do you charge VAT or GST?+

In India we add 18% GST, and your GSTIN on the invoice lets you claim it back. In the EU and the UK we work with businesses: add your VAT number and no VAT is added (reverse charge). Everywhere else, no tax is added.

Is there a subscription or a minimum?+

No. There's no plan to pick or upgrade, and nothing to cancel. A quiet month costs nothing.

Do contacts or teammates cost extra?+

No. Store as many contacts as you like and invite your whole team. You only pay for emails sent.

Are transactional and marketing emails priced differently?+

No. Receipts, sign-in codes and newsletters all cost the same, whether you send by API, SMTP or campaigns.

Do I need a dedicated IP?+

Most senders don't: shared IPs we monitor give the best delivery below about 100,000 emails a day. If you do, it's $30 a month.

How do I pay?+

Add a card once in Billing (in India, UPI Autopay works too). At the start of each month we email you last month's amount, then charge it a day later. If a charge fails we email you a payment link. Every bill has an invoice you can download.

Which currency will I pay in?+

Prices show in your local currency: rupees in India, euros in Europe, pounds in the UK and US dollars everywhere else. Switch with the button at the top. Your account is billed in the currency you choose in Billing.
